花蓮是石材產業的故鄉，近年由石資中心以及在地石材產業的二代接班者們共同合作「研石造物」活動，不斷探索創新、挑戰設計，以石材產品詮釋不同面貌的大地美學，每年的成果皆突破了大眾對石材的想像。
Hualien International Stone Workshop comes from the home of stone, Hualien county. It was jointly established by SRDC and the second-generation successors of the local stone processing industry in 2016. Over the years, we have continued to explore, innovate and look for new design. The result of our hard work every year goes beyond everyone’s imagination of stone.
