鹽萃essenshio起源於台南北門。1936年日治時期，日本人建造了這座洗鹽工場，見證了近90年北門的興衰。2016年雲嘉南濱海風景區管理處接手，推動台南北門地方創生，轉型為「北門洗滌鹽觀光工場」，鹽萃持續試驗各種海鹽產品，致力打造為人們帶來生活調味劑的鹽產品。
Essenshio originated in Beimen, Tainan. Built by the Japanese, this salt washing plant has witnessed nearly 90 years of Beimen's history. In 2016, the Southwest Coast National Scenic Area Headquarters revitalized Beimen, transforming it into the "Beimen Salt Washing Factory." Essenshio now experiments with sea salt products, aiming to create items that enhance daily life.
