聯合報系旗下「有你共創數位股份有限公司」於2021年成立，包括以商品設計及原創IP為主的「有.設計」及「有.IP授權」，並成立為粉絲及創作者量身打造自有品牌「uPoint 有點市」，以旗艦型雙平台服務粉絲、提供創作者曝光的舞台。
