蘆葦女力為春芽公益創新發展協會旗下公益品牌，自2018年與咖啡業者合作，啟動咖啡麻布豆袋再生計畫，由台灣中高齡婦女之手，轉化為生活良品，創造就業，實踐循環經濟。

"Swing Reeds" is a microbrand belonging to "Springsprouts Innovations for Social Service", whose aim is to raise innovative projects based on social work. Springsprouts has worked together with Louisa Coffee since 2018, in their “Circular Economy for Womens' Empowerment” project, which envisions continuous and boundless innovation towards helping women to gain economic standing, and to enrich our overall environment.
