基隆市文化觀光局隸屬基隆市政府，負責推動文化、觀光、資產保存等業務。前身為1985年
成立的基隆市立文化中心，歷經組織轉型，於2024年改為現名。基隆自1626年與世界接軌，

The Culture and Tourism Bureau of Keelung City is a government agency responsible for
promoting culture, tourism, and heritage preservation. It originated as the Keelung City
Cultural Center in 1985 and was reorganized under its current name in 2024. Since 1626,
when Keelung first connected with the world, the city has developed a unique identity
shaped by its harbor and multicultural influences. The bureau is committed to interpreting
Keelung’s rich port culture through both historical and contemporary lenses, highlighting the
city’s cultural depth and spirit of openness.
