專為文策院國際買家舉行的黑潮星樂園展區交流活動，包含角色IP5個主題展區、星幻聽、星映廳、黑潮商店等的IP導覽介紹，以及針對34組展出IP進行介紹的大型交流會舞台區的商務活動。

An exclusive networking event for international buyers invited by TAICCA, held at the IP-STAR POP PARK exhibition.
The program features guided tours of the exhibition's five themed Character IP halls, showcasing 32 original Taiwanese character IPs, as well as the VR Fantasy Hall, the Animation Theater, and the IP-STAR Store.
The event culminates in a large-scale business networking session on the main stage, where all 36 participating IPs are presented to international buyers.
