現場進行6組黑潮IP簡報，包含(I-007)我是馬克、(I-008)BOUNCE、(I-009)小蝴蝶小披風、(I-010)麻吉貓 、(I-011)白鹿夢 、(I-012)露咖貓  ，誠摯邀請業內人士報名參加。活動結束後，完成回饋問卷的參與者可在黑潮資訊台領取IP-STAR買家禮包。每人限領一份，送完為止。
