現場進行7組黑潮IP簡報，包含(I-019)吉文考古、(I-020)歡唱99俱樂部、(I-021)福弟與他的夥伴們、(I-022)神仙寶貝救援隊、(I-023)godpod.、(I-024)SARAY、(I-025)小小大叔奧吉桑，誠摯邀請業內人士報名參加。活動結束後，完成回饋問卷的參與者可在黑潮資訊台領取IP-STAR買家禮包。每人限領一份，送完為止。
